2016 Registrant Information

blind jury

We remind all registrants that this competition is blind juried, or judged without any of the jurors knowing who made which book.

  • Books will only be identified by a randomly selected number that is pre-assigned by the organizers, and will only appear on the spine of the box, as specified below.
  • Please do not sign your book or label your box, except as specified below.

identification number

  • Each entrant is assigned a randomly selected number associated with their name and submission.
  • This number is preceded by an “O” or “S” depending on which category you registered for.
  • Your personal Identification Number will be emailed to you by the organizers.
  • The organizers ask that this Identification Number appear on the spine of your clamshell box as described below.
  • If you are entering books in both categories, you will receive a separate number for each book and each will require its own box and need to be labeled appropriately.

preparing your submission:

To expedite the process and enable us to cross-check all submissions, we have developed a two-fold system for the information concerning your book. Prior to packing and shipping your submission, you will need to complete the form accessed by clicking on the button below. After you “SUBMIT” this, you will receive an email receipt that shows everything you entered. Please print this out and include with your book, as specified below.
